These operational beta terms are published for review before the first external cohort begins. No invitation, sign-in, or page visit by itself activates research access or payment.
The operator must complete market-data rights, product-language, and legal review before issuing the first invitation. A material revision before admission requires a new version. Changes affecting admitted users require a separate re-acceptance workflow before taking effect.
Market state, not personalized advice.
The service organizes market prices, statistical indicators, Macro context, and your own decision journal for informational research. It does not provide personalized investment, financial, tax, or legal advice and does not determine whether any security or strategy is suitable for you.
You remain responsible for every decision.
The service is not a broker, dealer, exchange, investment adviser, fiduciary, custodian, or execution venue. It cannot place, route, or manage trades. You must independently verify information and decide whether to trade, hold, hedge, or take no action.
Prices and indicators can be delayed or wrong.
Market data may be delayed, adjusted, incomplete, unavailable, or revised. Indicators are model outputs based on historical inputs, assumptions, and cached calculations. They are not forecasts, guarantees, or statements of future performance.
Losses can be substantial.
Securities, ETFs, options, and other instruments can lose value, including the full amount committed. Historical relationships can fail without warning. Use independent sources and qualified professionals where appropriate for your circumstances.
Your journal is not product measurement.
Watchlists, trade details, thesis text, and frozen Decision Map snapshots are private account data. Optional product measurement is separately controlled, off by default, pseudonymous, and governed by the published Privacy Notice.

Do not share invitation links or account access, bypass feature or rate limits, attack or probe the service, automate scraping, extract protected calculations, or resell, republish, or redistribute the service or its data.
Access is controlled and may end.
Cohort access is capacity-limited, time-bounded, and revocable. Features, limits, providers, and these terms may change during the beta. The operator may pause or end access to protect users, data, security, legal compliance, or service reliability.
The beta is provided on an as-available basis.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or investment outcome. No uninterrupted operation, calculation time, or data coverage is promised.
